May DR evil have his day

Does anybody have the responsible person behind the bank account yet? Like in my case I have their bank account details - with FNB. And a open case with SAP. My bank's ***** department said next step is to get an interdict forcing FNB to release this information. Not sure what comes after that but probably a summons. Dare this individual arise and attend? We will see.
