Unhappy

I am sitting here at Turn n Tender Cresta now I am very disappointed hair in our started and then our drink then we call the manager and all we get is sorry no come on guys this is not service at I am not happy at all you just get sorry. Last time I was here the waiter asked for a tip and he gave no service today worse every..... very unhappy. The staff is so laid back and all of then is just say sorry.....not accepting this
