Worst Turn n Tender experience ever
On 14 August 2026 we had our worst dining experience at a turn n tender restaurant ever. We were a family of 4 adults. The quality of the food was really poor. One person ordered a 200g sirloin, the texture of the meat was such that we doubted it was beef but perhaps pork. I had a premium cut 400g point rump, l could not taste the pepper basting and the steak was so thin it felt like l was eating a piece of bacon. The quality of the food was really poor. The atmosphere and ambiance of the restaurant is also poor. There are too many tables and the restaurant feels crammed. The service from the waitress was below average and not what I would expect from a premium restaurant.

Worst Turn n Tender experience ever
On 14 August 2026 we had our worst dining experience at a turn n tender restaurant ever. We were a family of 4 adults. The quality of the food was really poor. Pathetic service around billing
I have not been contacted at all, eversince I sent a complaint about an engagement I attended of which I was part of the host of the engagement party. Turns out that when it was time for the bill, it came back R13 000 + and there is no way for the period we were there...that could've been the bill! I requested then for camera footage to see exactly when we arrived and what we ordered! There is no way that the bill could round-off to that amount!

Pathetic service around billing

49th Birthday special is a major ****, It might be R77 for a 250g sirloin....I've had better Chuck cuts that what they served today at the The verge store....Bad quality meat based in cheap bbq sauce, what a waste of my time and cash disappointed definitely not Steak house quality

Turn 'n tender at illovo is the best restaurant with great customer service. Give it a try and you wont regret!
I was at turn 'n tender for the first time at Illovo with my husband and our waitress was Jabu. We absolutely loved his service and the food was so delicious. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Absolutely pathetic from Turn 'n Tender Linton Corner
Attended an engagement celebration last night at Turn 'n Tender Linton Corner, date 13 June 2026 around 18h00 pm. Table 62 as per the bill but everyone started being seated from around 17h00 pm only yet firstly the bill (which I have evidence of) states the serving time was from 13:30 pm already. The table was sort of separate from the main section of where people were seated and around 18 people. By the time the bill came it was a ridiculous amount of R13235,20. Everyone yes had ordered starters, together with 1 or at most two drinks per person only and of course the mains. Here is however no way that the bill would amount to this! I am not impressed by the service of the people and I feel this restaurant took advantage of the situation and I want this matter investigated! I want every single order that came to the table to be checked on either a camera or the waiters to see exactly what went wrong here. There is no way with the normal meals that were ordered and normal single drinks that it would amount to that insane amount. Im also tempted to state that the restaurant took advantage of the situation because most of the people were not South African and that's where he cheating part came in. Thus matter cannot be left here!

O ise to love TB.,but after 2years, my car has started to peel. Assistants with no training of how to use a high pressure sprayer on a luxury item. (car.) Using it on a concentrated steam, 5cm away for my car body! And after I requested not to use it on the back door or lights. I witnessed it being done. Upon complaining: sorry, no control, quotas to reach. Previously I had another bad experience at another branch its just, oops, sorry everything. Pensioners who cannot wash their own cars, already pay R140 per wash- absurd!!

Turn 'n Tender Lintons Corner - Terrible
Turn 'n Tender Lintons Corner. Went for lunch, both order came out wrong. The side dish ordered came after mains were finished. Waiter and manager did not seem to care. I will not be going back, this was a terrible outing.
