Turn n Tender Linton Corner will never see me again

After many years of being a loyal patron of TnT I've decided to never set foot in a TnT again following a miserable experience with the manageress at their new store in Linton Corner. I ordered a steak dinner through Uber Eats. My first mistake. It wasn't rush hour. The driver texted me and said his bike was broken and that he can't get the food to me. After asking him to return it to Turn n Tender in order for me to pick it up, twice, he simply refused. I contacted the restaurant and was met with the most unsympathetic and unwilling manageress in culinary history. Explaining that I'm a long standing patron, made no difference to her. She was clearly on the side of the Uber driver. After she told me tgat my order was not returned to the restaurant, I had to cancel the order. Am I expected tp treat an Uber dri er to a steak dinner? In the process of sorting this out, she put tge phone down in my ear and upon calling her back, falsely accused me of swearing at her. As this progressed and I was clearly upset, she could hardly keep herself from bursting out laughing! I felt humiliated and new she was performing for a crowd and I think her behaviour was appalling! I pleaded with her to call Uber after I was unfairly charged a penalty for cancelling the order. It is cerrainly not a lot of money, but it's the principle of the matter. The driver is sitting somewhere enjoying my dinner and I'm being penalized and charged a fee to compensate the driver and Turn n Tender. She of course saix she tried phoning Uber many times and would call me back. Never happened. Never heard back from her. If this is how people are treated at Linton Corner Turn and Tender by the manageress, then the owners are facing dark days ahead. Keep your steak. I' ll get it somewhere else from niw on.
