Turn 'n tender disappointment

We went to turn n tender Cresta for my wifes birthday. Unfortunately the service was not the same great service we are used to from them. We heard the other waiter describing specials to the table next-door but our unfriendly waiter told us nothing. He did not even describe the cuts as they usually do. The meat was good as always but the chips were dry and overcooked. Maybe we just got a bad waiter but overall it was a very average experience and I was left wondering if I am going to go back again. In the middle of a pandemic one would that restaurants would be on top form to keep customers coming back but definitely not the case here.
