Tough stringy inedible steak

I ordered the lunch special of steak for takeaway on 19th Feb 2024. I didn't expect the most succulent, most tender piece of meat in the world, but I certainly didn't expect a piece of meat that was so stringy and tough that not even my sharp steak knife could cut through it, I even tried biting it and couldnt do that either. It was inedible and the bites I was able to cut / tear / bite were not chewable and I had to spit out tough stringy lumps. The veggies were okay. Overall everything lacked any salt. I ate the side veg and chips but was left very hungry all night. This was so disappointing.
