Terrible service at Turn 'n Tender Menlyn

8 of us went to Turn 'n Tender Menlyn, waitress took order for drinks which she brought then never saw her again. After 15 to 20 minutes started waving my hands in the air when one of the so called mangers came to see what the problem was. He got hold of the waiteress who took our order. She then proceeded to bring 1 dish at a time from table to kitchen 7 times totally forgetting 1 dish and she disappeared. After about 20 minutes I got up and requested a so called manager and complained about the non service and where the other dish was which was eventually brought. Not 1 manger through out the evening came to check if everything was in order, so not too sure what their job is but to say that this is absolutely disgusting. For a upper class restaurant you expect more. Extremely disappointed in quality of service.
