Terrible Food Poisoning

We had the displeasure of eating at the Illovo branch the other Sunday for lunch. Of the 3 of us eating there 2 got severe food poisoning. While the waiters are excellent and I cannot fault them on this, the management and owners were pathetic in their response or lack thereof. When I did call the manager of the branch, he said he would 'investigate' and get right back to me. I had to call back and his response was - 'I was just dialling you'. Funny coincidence that one. It took another call or two to get back to him and his response was as usual. No other complaint but sorry come and fetch a voucher. So let me get this straight, you did nothing and when I tracked you down, your solution is for me to eat at the place that poisoned me and my wife.... I then tried contacting them on Facebook, where for the last two weeks, someone from their team is getting right back to me. I'm still waiting.... Not good enough, your food quality is not good enough. There are so many better options.
