So Unprofessional

<p>I went to the Nicolway branch for a business lunch with clients from overseas, the service was great and so was the food. What ruined the whole experience was a display of unprofessionalism from a lady manager there. As I was talking to my guests and enjoying the meal the lady manager started yelling at the patrons so loud that caught our attention, she went on to a point that we couldn't even focus. I tried to draw my guests' attention back to our discussion but the lady went on also using vulgar language. My guests ended up asking me if this is how people of color are addressed and treated by caucasians in Africa? I was so embarrassed & my guests are probably thinking ****** is alive in our country. The whole business dinner was RUINED as I never got discuss everything that was on the agenda.My guests were put off by this as it is a sensitive matter in their home country of USA. I know staff must be corrected or rebuked but this must not be done in the customers view especially when it includes vulgar and yelling. I'm very DISAPPOINTED with the Turn n Tender Nicolway Management.</p>
