Poor Service at Turn n Tender Ballito

On Saturday 27 October 2018, my wife, son and myself went to the Turn n Tender at Ballito Junction Mall for lunch. The service we received was just terrible. We were shocked that a manager can treat paying customers in such a harsh manner. He even encouraged us to put it on social network as it didn't bother him. When we entered the restaurant, we were seated in a boot, we then realized that back of the place was empty and we decided to move, the 3 of us proceeded to the back of the shop and we were stopped to say we can walk that way, to which we were shocked, cause it looked like a normal way to the other seating area. we were then told that customers cant walk here, to which I rep**** sorry but a sign should be put up to inform customers. When we were leaving after the bad service, the supervisor also brought this up as to were I was walking and how I can ask for a sign. The main problem started is when we ordered our meal and after waiting almost 20 minutes, the meal was still not done properly, the wife had a burger that was still pink inside and she asked for well done. we returned the burger and was told that the supervisor said we will have to wait for another one or have the current one recooked, we were not willing to wait for another one as the first burger took very long and we were informed that it will take another 20 minutes. we ended up sharing the meal I ordered and I asked why the supervisor couldn't come see us himself. The customer service is terrible, cause when he did come as we were paying, it was clear he came to argue and not understand that we couldn't wait for another burger. we felt that he attacked us and was brave enough to ask us to go and put it on social media. this is when he started bring up were we walked and about the sign, this is just being petty. All was not bad as the gentleman at the entrance was very welcoming and also had the compassion to apologize to us for our experience as we were leaving. The supervisor lacks people s****s. We requested for the owners contact details which he gave with a don't give a darn attitude and with out a name. We tried calling a few times but just rang and went to voice mail, we did leave a message but no reply as yet.
