Poor Customer Service by Turn and Tender

I have been banned from Turn and Tender Jean Avenue because I kept sending my steak back becuase it was not prepared as I asked for. Is this legal? I asked for the steak to be seered and after sending the pale light brown unappetising looking steak 3 times the operations manager asked me where I see Flame grilled/seered on his menu. Well he same place as blue, rare medium etc. It is the way I wanted my meal to be prepared I was then told I had a reputation for being difficult!! I only eat at 3 restaurants in Centurion and have never had a problem with the other 3
