Please do better. This is just poor service

Turn 'n Tender Centurion ruined my dinner. After ordering a meal that they promised would be done in 20 minutes, I ended up waiting for more than an hour. They packed the meal and the soup was watery, not good at all. The pap was unusually sticky in the hands, the worst pap I have eaten in ages.
