*********** & a manager that doesn’t care!

I’m not impressed by the service received today at T&T Ruimsig. I ordered burgers and came to collect them at the restaurant, only to realize when I got home that I was given the wrong order. Someone calls me when they realized their “mistake” when I ask how they are planning to fix this and if they are going to send someone to bring me my food and take back what I did not order I was told I need to come back. Regardless of the fact that this wasn’t my problem, not caused by me & shouldn’t inconvenience me as a client I had to drive back to the restaurant with a hungry 8yr old in the car only to realize that not only did they mix up my order they even charged me for he wrong order I was given which was now another thing that I don’t understand how that could happen when I came to collect and placed my order telephonically not forgetting the time the order was placed and that the restaurant couldn’t have been that busy. On top of this whole problem I had, I tried explaining my issue to the “manager” all he could say was “sorry” & made no effort to make me feel heard and assured that this wouldn’t happen again and that he cares about a T & T customer! I am not impressed to say the least as he made no effort to try and solve the problem at hand and just walked away!!! Customer service level *0* Problem solving skills 0 people skills 0
