Good food that bad manager spoiled with her attitude

I find it a high class restaurant where you get good quality food. My Argentinian steak was however very tough and I told the waiter. A lady manager marched out of the kitchen, put her leg on the chair before me and started explaining to me that it was my fault for ordering it medium and not rare. The way she was belittleling me, upset my husband and he asked for the bill. She then told him not to interrupt her as she was still busy talking. When my food arrived we took a doggy bag. The atmosphere was ruined. And all I expected was a "I'm sorry, let me take care of it"
