Disgusting

Went to Turn and tender Bryanston to celebrate my sons matric results, what a horrific experience!

Ordered a 400gm Point Steak, the “turn and tender signature cut” and received something way different to what they advertised on menu.

We called the waiter and enquire re the size, the waiter then informed us that he ordered the wrong size....

The manager came to the table and apologized whilst informing us that the kitchen trims the steak too much which results in a much smaller steak. It happens a lot.

I then informed the manager not to re order my food as I would skip. He happily said no problem and left our table. No attempt to ask if he could try and correct their mistake nothing.

My wife son and daughter decided to keep their food. Whilst eating my wife discovered hair in her food........

I immediately walked over to the non interested manger in order to address the situation with him, He acted as if this was no surprise, He said nothing.... did not even walked to the table to inspect.

I immediately requested the bill in order to pay for the drinks we had. The manager said don’t worry and went about his business.

Turn and tender what a disappointment, clearly your clients means nothing too you. Might as well have gone to Spur......... Disgusting....... client service non existing.... ***** the customer..... dirty.... Not worth the money...
