Good Day Turn ‘n Tender. Sunday afternoon my Friend’s & I headed to the T’nT in ParkTown North. This is a popular lunch time spot for our congregation but the treatment we received that Sunday was appalling. As frequent T’nT customers we have never encountered such.

The food was great, waiter also great but the manager on duty that hour was blatantly ******. Our waitress said his name was Guy. He attended and checked on all the tables with white customers even served some, when it came to us he didn’t even greet or pay attention.

We thought that we maybe overreacting but as more customers came it was obvious to see that the white ones were greeted, given attention and the blacks were ignored.

We were honestly hurt & disgusted by the behavior displayed. We didn’t even end up getting dessert cause we were flabbergasted.

We are young South Africans and thinking of our children one day being still treated as such is not fair.

Please do something about it. I belong to a multicultural church and will forward our experiences to them cause it’s not right to still be treated as such in South Africa.
