Complaint and compliment

On the 4th of Jan it was my 65th birthday, my wife took me to TnT for celebration meal. On arrival the restaurant was well lite with the setting sun. As I got my starter the sun went behind a koppie and we were left with the dimmest lighting possible. I am in the process of going blind and we asked if the lighting could be increased as I could not see the food on my plate. no response , we decided to leave and go elsewhere, on paying an aggressive manager told us that he had increased the lighting \What was our problem"was his response then he was told of my problem.
