Can't cook a steak

<p>It was our 4th time at turn ' n tender at menlyn maine today. We ordered steak medium done. My fiancé's steak was raw but still edible so she did not complain. My steak was prepared well done. I sent it back and the waiter told me it will take 5min to prepare my steak again. They brought my meat and when I cut it in half, it was raw raw raw. I was thus irritated by the fact that we both came for a nice lunch but could not consume our food together even after my meal was prepared over again. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called the manager, told him my issue, and he rep**** that the kitchen where messing up the meals the whole morning and that was going to have firm talk with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>He then offered to bring a type of hot plate so I can prepare my raw meat they gave me until it is medium. What in the world?? Now I must cook my own meal because your MEAT restaurant can't do it properly???</p> <p> </p> <p>That was not a satisfactorily reply from the manager as it is not MY issue that the staff are not properly trained and capable of preparing meat for customers and if it was indeed an issue the whole morning (take note, we had Lunch), why wait so long to sort out the kitchen??</p> <p> </p> <p>We have expected more from a restaurant specialising in meat and are utterly disappointed by the way they handled the issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>Recommendation: If you feel like having chips, go to turn'n tender!</p>
