Bad management

This afternoon (9/6/2022)I went to Turn n Tender Boksburg K90 centre for lunch I fell on their steps..imagine a full figured 51 yr old woman falling flat on her stomach😓😭 There was no sign saying "MIND YOUR STEP" Worse of all the manager on duty never once came to my table to ask if I was OK Conveniently after lunch when we left the building there was signs up"MIND THE STEP"
