Very helpful and friendly team

I'm very happy to have found Ream insurance and am very impressed with their offering underwritten by Western National. I have been with a couple of insurers in the past who push complex gimmicky rewards programs, but I find they penalize you for normal behavior and complicate things - I'm happy I no longer have to fill up at one of two filling stations now - I can use whichever I choose. I believe rewards programs are swings and roundabouts - ultimately somebody pays for someone else's 'rewards'. I was looking for insurance that did what it said on the tin when I came across Ream and their glowing reviews, both here and on the ombudsman's site suggest I've made a good choice.
