From the moment the accident occurred, every person I dealt with showed professionalism, compassion, and a genuine willingness to assist during what was a very difficult and stressful time. A special thank you to Rose from TuffStuff Assist, who immediately arranged for the paramedics (Dorcus and Lucky from AMP Med) and towing services (Lethlogonolo) and acted as the link between myself and REAM Insurance while their offices were still closed. Knowing that help was already on the way provided great comfort. Thank you also to Meriska from REAM Insurance, who was the first person from the insurance team to contact me while I was still at the accident scene. Your call to check on my wellbeing is highly appreciated. A very special thank you to Tinima, my claims handler at REAM Insurance. From the day of the accident, you kept me informed every step of the way, regularly updated me on the progress of the claim, and promptly advised me of any documents or information required. Your professionalism, patience, and consistent communication made the process easy to navigate. I would also like to thank the assessors, towing operators, service providers, and everyone working behind the scenes whose efforts contributed to the handling of my claim.
