Tuffstuff - trying to contact them for insurance
Dear Tuffstuff. If you don't answer your phone when i want to buy insurance what will happen if i hae a claim.

We have tired retuning your call today 30.05.2024 at 08:27 and 09:48 but have unfortunately been unsuccessful.
Regarding your calls to our office, we have been advised by our VOIP provider that there where 2 missed calls yesterday 29.05.2024 at 11:53 and 11:54 this was due to our offices being closed for the National Elections yesterday.
We can however confrim that our 24/7 Emergency Numbers where active and fully operational as always for clients in the event of a claim or emergency.
