Leaking Windscreen

Excellent service up until I had to replace my windscreen in February.

It was replaced and the same day a leak started halfway down the drivers side A Post. The company who installed it came to replace it along with the assessor. They then both told me that the windscreen was fine and my door was leaking??? Their test was to put a sheet of paper in the door, close it and then withdraw the paper. Really! Even worse when I called the insurance to complain a manager berated me on the telephone telling me I was wrong and they were right.

The windscreen was replaced but is leaking again so I filmed it showing the leak and the dry door rubbers just to try to prove I was truthful in what I had stated. These videos were sent to them.

I have sent numerous emails and telephoned every few days. I have yet to receive a call from management.

In the meantime my rain sensing wipers work erratically, my battery died due to a dead short, my 4 x 4 system is playing up, my window winder is also playing up and my car has a constant wet smell.

I honestly thought a manager would contact me but it has been weeks of contact with the claims department and still no new windscreen.

I am truly at my wits end and have no place to turn because the insurance manager, assessor and installer are backing each other up. The assessor has also not passed on any pertinent information that he was given by the vehicle manufacturer regarding the leak and subsequent issues when we met there.

In the meantime every rain fills my car with more water. What to do???
