I have been with them for 12 years, since 2012. I have had a few claims over the years and it has always been painless. Any requests or questions are responded to quick and in detail. I am still sometimes caught off guard by their same day responses. My recent dealings was with Kyle Summers. My various questions and policy amendments were addressed in record time and was as usual, exactly what I asked for. I recommend them to family and friends at every opportunity I get. Regards Michael
