Service is at the best in the market. I have been with them for about 4 years now and when you ask for information or require assistance and confirmations it is received very quickly. This morning again I requested a confirmation letter at around 08:33 and received the letter by 08:38. You do not wait for assistance. Service level is absolutely over and above the call of duty !! They are always willing to help in difficult times and they are there fore their customers at all times !!
