Excellent service

My household has been ensured with Ream and Tuffstuff for about 10 years and I can amend them on their outstanding service. What I love is that you have a broker. When calling you ask for the person by name. no robots, no telling your story to the 10th person or stating this is my refernce number etc. Even though I had a large claim where my car was written off my premium never increased. the only fluctuation in premiums are when addition are made on the policy. They even offer home owner insurance and the premium was almost half of what the compettitors quoted. Great service with competent staff that are on the ball and want to help you. Will recoomend them to anyone looking for great service, A few friends and family memmbers have changed to ream due to the great service I have received. Keep up the great work Ream
