Best insurance ever

I've been with Tuffstuff for roughly 3 years now. I can honestly say that they're the best - not a day's hassle and always supportive and friendly. Some of the tough months where covid made it difficult to pay on the correct date, they accommodated with multiple options and not the traditional hostile "cutt-off" approach. The other day they contacted me to inform me my vehicle has decreased in value so I can also opt to pay a lower premium due to this. When my windshield cracked they Paid the R13k with no questions, and from friends with more serious claims they also paid with a smile. I might also say hat they offered a premium that came in R2000 cheaper that competitors, that says a lot. Thumbs up to these guys, they deserve all the support!
