Zero service from Dyson SA

They are SA suppliers of Dyson battery powered vacuum cleaners. We purchased a new vacuum cleaner in December, 2022. It now operates for a few minutes before stopping. It needs a new battery. Calls to Tudortech are answered, information taken and after two weeks and at least six calls to Tudortech, there is NO RESPONSE. This is a premium priced product with ZERO after sales service. An email to Sir James Dyson, founder of Dyson products, has not been answered.
