Worst Service Ever- for years!

Appauling customer service, takes weeks for anyone to reply to an e-mail, nobody is ever available to talk on the phone, either busy or at lunch all the times. No updates on service, but very prompt to demand payment. No follow up and lies on the delivery date after 6 weeks and endless phone calls and e-mails. I have had to use this service for years because nobody else can service the Dyson units, it's shocking!!!!!
