Worst service ever

Horrible service from Zahrah. Its been almost two weeks since I sent my lens for repairs and I still can't get the correct invoice. Been calling non stop and she is no where to be found and there is no one else who can assist me because its only her who can assist. I can't even get my lens back because its only her who can aurthorise for it to be sent back.
