Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I only gave it a 1 because I couldnt give it a zero. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced.2 months later still waiting for a refund due to an overcharge. Phone calls and emails not returned, machine eventually returned but without charger, eventually wrong charger returned. I eventually personally went to collect charger. Amazed that Dyson would partner with a company like this. I would like my refund!! As a result of this experience will never buy or recommend a Dyson product again
