worst customer service
The worst customer service. I can't belive you buy a vacuum worth thousands of rands and you get the poorest customer service. I have a dyson v11 absolute pro that has a faulty trigger after 11 months of purchasing it. I started contacting the repair center mid january of this year. They said they have forwarded my concern to their Joburg site particularly to Austin and that Austin will contact me. Few days have passed no one reached out, I have decided to call the number provided on the email, i was able to talk to Lebogang. Lebogang was helpful but still took 3 days for her to forward the details i needed for my vacuum to be picked up. If i did not follow up i doubt she will remember to send me the details i needed to provide. after a few days nothing happened. I have to email them again to follow up on when will my vacuum be picked up. A job order was made after I followed up but still took 3 days before it was picked up. The repair center received my vacuum Feb 6. I emailed the week after to follow up as I did not received any update on whats going on. No reply. I emailed again after two weeks, no reply. I tried calling their office a lot of times, No one is picking up. I ven called the direct numbers put on their cards but to no avail I cant even connect to those number. Followed up thru email more than 5 times, I emailed Lebogang, Austin, Kerry and no one even cared to give an update at all. I mean they have time to reply on the reviews here but no time to reply on our emails? It's very frustrating. All im asking is an update and they cant even provide that at all. Dyson is such a big company and such an EXPENSIVE brand that this type of poor service I did not expect at all. They should find another company who can fulfill their customers' needs and not like this Tudortech. @dysonsouthafrica your name is being ruined because of how tudortech handles your customers complaints. I hope you find a better company to deal with the repairs.
