Where is my Dyson 6 months later...

After writing a review about my huge disappointment on Tudortech they responded on Hello Peter to say that my unit had been repaired and the case was closed. It is NOT. I still haven't received my unit back and they are back to ignoring my messages. 6 months ago I sent my Dyson in for repairs. I wonder if I'll ever see it again. Shannon Mahlangu or Austin Cokoto please stop ignoring my messages and return my Dyson.
