Tudortech - useless customer service & non-existent communication

I have never in my life experienced such terrible customer service. When Dyson recommend you take your equipment there for repair, do yourself a favor and rather look elsewhere - i'm not sure why Dyson is still recommending them when they are quite obviously useless.

Their customer service is non-existent. I've spent days trying to find out what is happening with the vacuum cleaner they eventually collected. Service consultants don't bother to respond to calls or emails. Managers are apparently too busy to answer the 5 messages I left over the past two days.

Do not take your stuff to them for repair.
