Terrible
Terrible experience with Tudortech. They have had my vacuum cleaner, thats still under warranty, for 1 month now after the initial email said there would be a 3 day wait. Lots of false commitments in the last month, but no feedback on the unit whatsoever. I really dont understand why Dyson SA is using a company like this as their only source of support.

17 Oct 2024, 08:47Hello. Nobody called. I did receive an email saying that you were waiting on parts.
The vacuum was returned to me yesterday.
Its still broken with the same symptoms as when I sent it to you 5 weeks ago.
Id be interested to know which parts were replaced?
Email sent requesting that the unit is collected again.

29 Nov 2024, 10:07This saga continues. Tudortech have returned the unit to me 2 times now and each time I have sent it back as it still has an intermittent fault. Apparently we are now waiting on parts again, although its still not apparent which parts were replaced last time we waited. Coming up to 3 months now since I first sent the unit in. Think twice before buying Dyson in South Africa

12 Dec 2024, 11:03Another 2 weeks have passed. Despite being told by Tudortech that I would receive a weekly update, I have had no communication. Its now been over 3 months of waiting for the unit to be repaired under warranty. The lack of parts availability is not an excuse for such slow service. If the parts are not available in South Africa, and the unit is faulty under warranty, then after a 3 month wait I would think a replacement unit is justified.

20 Jan 2025, 08:48And another month has passed by with no vacuum cleaner.
Its been 4 months now. Maybe Tudortech are hoping that if they keep the unit long enough the warranty will expire.
