Still beyond none existent service - 2month on

More than 2 months have elapsed, from my initial review here and they have still not gotten back to me with my request as noted – exactly just how useless is Dyson South Africa? – or should I say Tudortech - an absolute disgrace – I’ve supp**** every piece of information needed to Faeeza and still nothing!
