STAY AWAY

Abysmal, lazy and condescending repairs department. "Comms" only happens when established by customer - and even then, no information is offered until customer is desperate enough to use stronger words to get things moving. Should have come to hellopeter first because I am clearly not the only one to feel this way. Thank you ONLY to Lebo in the Johannesburg office for making sure this month long process didn't go on for another day. I should've known better and lowered my expectations for the Cape Town office. Don't send your equipment to this business if you want good service.
