Shocking service - Dyson Vacuum cleaner repairs

If I could give a ZERO rating I would! I have never in my life dealt with such shocking service!? If I could give you any advice NEVER buy a Dyson vacuum cleaner... mine worked for 2 weeks - and then stopped. I reached out to the SA Dyson customer service company - which is unfortunately Tudortech - on the 10th December 2024! and STILL don't have my machine back over 2 months later !? Every time I phone Tudortech, If someone answers at all (and that's a big IF) - the person I am trying to reach is in the bathroom - you can leave messages to your hearts content - they NEVER call you back. I was advised last week after another few frustrating days of trying to get through to someone/anyone!! - via email, that my machine should be back by the 11th Feb..... Nothing received yet! and have tried AGAIN for the last 2 days to reach the service technician dealing with my Dyson vacuum cleaner - and can call till I'm blue in the face - 90 minutes later still not managing to speak to anyone!

@DysonSouthAfrica - please please please- give your service business to a company who can actually deliver a professional service! this one is giving YOUR name a bad one!
