Shockin service

I bought a Dyson hairdryer oversea to the value of R7000 and was promised a international warranty. The hairdryer did not make it through one year and the website advised me to contact Tudortech. I then sent my hairdryer in and waited almost 2 weeks to be told they had not parts and could not repair my outrageously expensive hairdryer. This is unacceptable!! You are the preferred supplier in South Africa. Disgusting representation for what is supposed to be a luxury international brand.
