Razia for president!

I handed my Dyson in for a service 2 months ago. I was struggling so much with their JHB office that I landed up phoning Cape Town. A very lovely lady by the name of Razia answered and listened to my complaint and said she would call me back in 5mins, and she did!!! I was so surprised seeing as I had left soo many messages with the JHB receptionist. Razia sorted out my machine and within a week a new vacuum cleaner was sent straight to my house! Fantastic service, thank you. Couldn’t go another day without my vacuum cleaner
