Poor service and feedback

Shocking customer service. No feedback. I tried to get my Dyson vacuum cleaner repaired from the 22nd August - it's now the 26th Sep and i still don't have feedback as to when they will receive the parts for the repair. Don't buy a Dyson in SA if this is the after service you receive! I've called numerous times, I've sent emails and I get absolutely no feedback!
