Poor repair service from Tudortechrepairs repairs of Dyson Hairdryer

I purchased a Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer via takealot.com in late June 2020. It was delivered on my wife’s birthday on 1st July. The dryer cut out after 15 seconds of use. It was returned to Tudortech for repairs on 8th July. After several reminders it was eventually couriered back on 23rd July. Fault lights went on as it was switched on and the unit is still not useable.
