Poor Dyson Tudortech Customer Service

The worst customer experience ever. I am so tired of the poor communication. My device was faulty and has been with Tudortech for over 4 months. I call mutilple times per week with promises of feedback and still have not heard a single word back. My emails have been ignored and still have not received one call back after leaving at least over 10 messages to be called back. I will never purchase a Dyson product again as the service has just been absolutely shocking!
