Poor Dyson support by Tudortech

"We value your business" is the message your hear when you call Tudortech. What a sham! Or maybe they value your business, but they do not respect clients or value client service, because I have had to listen to the same message numerous times. Email messages are ignored; phone calls are not returned; the manager is always busy with a client (probably other unhappy clients). It is so frustrating to do business with them. It baffles me that an international company like Dyson is still using Tudortech as its distributor. Had I known about the poor after sales service in South Africa, I would never have bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner.
