Pathetic Service !!! Ghost Employees !!!

Booked a service in Dec 24 for my Dyson Vacuum cleaner . I was notified that parts were available and I should make payment. Payment was made at the end of Dec 24.

Followed up on numerous occasions in respect to when the machine would be ready. Received communication on the 22 Jan 25 that parts would be sent to the technician in 4 days .

Since then , I have sent numerous emails which have not been responded to. Management and employees just don’t give a damn. Basically , they have taken my money and not repaired my product which in essence is ***** .

I am still without my Dyson vacuum cleaner which cost a substantial amount of money . It is shocking that no one from this firm actually has the decency to respond to customers or even fulfil a transaction.

The staff that work for this company need to be exposed so that other customers don’t have to go through what the majority of us have had to endure .
