Our Dyson is lost in Tudortech hell

We are in the midst of a Tudortech nightmare. Our very expensive Dyson has been with Tudortech since early Feb 2024. In good faith we paid upfront to have it repaired. Tudortech kept our money for 9 months with no repair and no return of machine. They finally told us the parts were not available from the UK, but surely it doesn't take this much time to establish this problem. The money was finally reimbursed last week (after many calls and emails), but there is no sign of the machine. I'm disgusted. We use our vacuum constantly (have had to make other substandard arrangements in the meantime) but are in need of the power of that vacuum as we have two dogs. I too am disgusted that a company like Dyson, with a superior and expensive product, wants their name tied to this poor level of local service. Give us back our machine Tudortech! Never again will we deal with Tudortech and neither should anyone else with a Dyson. Side note: On top of all this, one simple fb post on BTE re Tudortech by someone I do not know brought to light that 2 other people I do know are also having this same issue NOW. This is indicative of how widespread the problem is.
