No response from Tudortech regarding the service of my Dyson

My Dyson vacuum cleaner was collected over 2 weeks ago as the battery wasn't lasting, I have been trying to call and email and am getting no response, the phone just rings and the cellphone number isn't working.

I just want my vacuum back even if it's not repaired.
