I only want to purchase accessories for my airwrap

Honestly I dont know how to rate this company.... I only want to purchase upgraded accessories for my old Dyson airwrap... I have tried connecting via email, i have even called and requested the items. But they just don't get back to you at all. Is this really the only way to purchase replacement parts and accessories for Dyson in South Africa? If anyone out there could assist or have an answer for me Please respond to this review....
