Following up on an email sent to Tutortech, I phoned and spoke to Farieda who along with her manager Raiza, went the extra mile in sourcing the spares I needed for my older model vacuum cleaner, and had them ready when I arrived to collect them. My experience with the Tudortech service and spares team was excellent !!
