Great Product… Until Something Breaks! Then You’re on Your Own.

Really disappointed with Dyson

The products are great until something breaks. That’s when you start wondering whether buying such an expensive product was a bad idea, because the support is virtually nonexistent.

I sent my V15 Detect Submarine mop head in on 24 March under warranty, and I’m still waiting, with almost no communication or proper updates.

I bought this machine specifically for the mopping function, so being without it for months is incredibly frustrating.

Great product when it works, but for a premium brand, the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing.
